Ha llegado el momento de dar por terminado el contrato de arrendamiento que firmaste para vivir en el departamento del arrendador, porque venci\u00f3 el plazo que se\u00f1alaron y debes recuperar tu dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, pues en M\u00e9xico una de las preocupaciones m\u00e1s comunes cuando terminamos el contrato de arrendamiento es justamente la devoluci\u00f3n del dep\u00f3sito en garant\u00eda. Es casi un hecho que al rentar el arrendador te solicite un adelanto de la primera renta y el dep\u00f3sito. Esto por cualquier desperfecto que se pueda generar.<\/p>\n<p>Una opci\u00f3n viable es nombrar a una tercera persona para que resguarde el dinero en garant\u00eda. Con la finalidad de que no se toque y no se destine a otros fines. As\u00ed ambas partes estar\u00e1n m\u00e1s tranquilas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/landings\/inmuebles\/descarga-tu-documento\/recibo-de-pago-de-renta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2117\" src=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/ctai-recibo-pago-renta-legalario.png\" alt=\"ctai-recibo-pago-renta-legalario\" width=\"529\" height=\"193\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo terminar el contrato y recuperar el dep\u00f3sito?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo primero es volver a <strong>revisar todo el <\/strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a class=\"underline azul\" style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/document\/contrato-de-arrendamiento-de-departamento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> contrato de arrendamiento<\/a><\/span> y resaltar la forma en la que se pact\u00f3 que se regresar\u00eda el dinero.<\/li>\n<li>Puedes solicitar tu dinero por escrito adjuntando todos los comprobantes relacionados con el arrendamiento. Como son:\n<ul>\n<li>El mismo comprobante de pago del dep\u00f3sito.<\/li>\n<li>Los \u00faltimos recibos de servicios y mantenimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Cualquier comprobante que determine que el bien se encuentra en buen estado de conservaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>**En la solicitud es importante establecer el medio y forma de pago, indicando los datos bancarios que sean necesarios.**<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En algunos casos las partes acuerdan que la \u00faltima renta del\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a class=\"underline azul\" style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/document\/contrato-de-arrendamiento-de-departamento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contrato de arrendamiento<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>no se pague.
