Dicho modo de contrataci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est\u00e1 <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juridicas.unam.mx\/legislacion\/ordenamiento\/ley-federal-del-trabajo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">regulada en la Ley Federal del Trabajo\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.juridicas.unam.mx\/legislacion\/ordenamiento\/ley-federal-del-trabajo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">(LFT).<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Antes de conocer las\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">prestaciones b\u00e1sicas a las que tienes derecho<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0debes saber que el <em>outsourcing<\/em> es<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0un t\u00e9rmino del ingl\u00e9s que podemos traducir al espa\u00f1ol como \u00ab<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">subcontrataci\u00f3n\u00bb o \u00abtercerizaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">onsiste<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0el proceso\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">mediante el<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0cual una<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0empresa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0contrata a otras empresas externas para que se hagan cargo de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0la contrataci\u00f3n de empleados para ciertas \u00e1reas de forma externa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">En este sentido, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">se trata espec\u00edficamente de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0la<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202fsubcontrataci\u00f3n\u202fde servicios. P<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ues\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">se\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">supone<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0que el beneficio\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de contratar una empresa externa\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">es que preste este servicio<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de manera eficie<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">nte,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">y<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">la empresa contratante<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0pueda disponer de m\u00e1s tiempo para centrarse en los aspectos claves de su negocio.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEres <em>outsourcing<\/em>? Prestaciones b\u00e1sicas a las que tienes derecho<\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Si trabajas para una empresa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">pero tu contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios profesionales <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">lo firma otra<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0empresa distinta,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">seguramente<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0est\u00e1s laborando bajo el esquema de\u00a0<\/span><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">outsourcing<\/span><\/i><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Si\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">piensas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">cont<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">atarte<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">en una empresa bajo este esquema<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0o ya est\u00e1s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0trabajando de esta\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">forma, tienes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0derecho a las siguientes prestaciones:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Firmar un contrato laboral y recibir copia:<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La Ley indica que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">debes\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">contar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0con un <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/document\/contrato-individual-de-trabajo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contrato\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/document\/contrato-individual-de-trabajo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">individual de trabajo<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">por escrito que deben entregarte. Adem\u00e1s si necesitas una constancia laboral, deben exped\u00edrtela. Siendo que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">cada a\u00f1o los d\u00edas aumentan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Adem\u00e1s debes recibir el pago\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">del\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a025<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">% adicional<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de tu\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">salario ordinario<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0que se obtiene durante los d\u00edas que te corresponden de vacaciones<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0por concepto de prima vacacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Jornada m\u00e1xima de trabajo de 8 horas y pago de prima dominical<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Jornada\u00a0de trabajo es el tiempo durante el cual el trabajador est\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del patr\u00f3n. As\u00ed podr\u00e1s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">gratuita y recibir las incapacidades que otorga esta\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Instituci\u00f3n.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Por ejemplo:\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">incapacidad laboral por enfermedad\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">o\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">maternida<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Adem\u00e1s debes cerciorarte\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">de\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">que est\u00e9s afiliado en el<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0IMSS con el salario total que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">percibes<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">para<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica o para tus beneficiarios legales.
