data-contrast=\"none\">Es importante que sepas, que de acuerdo al art\u00edculo 784 de la Ley Federal de Trabajo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">le corresponde la carga de la prueba al patr\u00f3n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">E<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s decir,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">l debe desvirt<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">uar<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0las pruebas referentes al horario y lugar en que labo<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">r\u00f3<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0el trabajador, as\u00ed como el salario que recib\u00eda.<\/span><span
