Informal,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ya que\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00fanicamente se encargan de contactar un patr\u00f3n con una trabajadora.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Algunas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gencias<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0del monto que cobran<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0se compromete<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0a pagar las prestaciones de ley y el salario de la trabajadora<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in embargo, es imposible cerciorarse de que esto suceda.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Con los cambios recientes en legislaci\u00f3n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0y el<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0reconocimiento de derechos laborales de las empleadas dom\u00e9sticas,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s importante verificar que la a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gencia se haga cargo de las obligaciones en materia laboral\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de la empleada dom\u00e9stica.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">son una figura de subcontrataci\u00f3n al no dar ning\u00fan tipo de prestaci\u00f3n a\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">las empleadas<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, ni inscripci\u00f3n ante la seguridad social<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">eslindan su obligaci\u00f3n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l contratante que reciba los servicios de limpieza\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">quien ser\u00e1 el encargado de<\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legalario.com\/document\/prestacion-de-servicios-domesticos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proveer un contrato<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">y el alta ante el I<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MSS Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Regulaci\u00f3n de las\u00a0Agencias\u00a0de Empleadas Dom\u00e9sticas en M\u00e9xico<\/h2>\n<h3>Inscripci\u00f3n\u00a0ante la\u00a0Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social\u202f(\u00a0STPS\u00a0)<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Las\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">personas f\u00edsicas o morales que deseen prestar el servicio d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">colocaci\u00f3n de trabajadores, y que pretendan obtener con ello una retribuci\u00f3n<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">econ\u00f3mica,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0deben<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0registrarse como<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202fagencia de colocaci\u00f3n de trabajadores con fines de lucro<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0en la (STPS)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n\u00a0Social\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span
